Job Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales and Reception Associate who is passionate about patient care and skilled in sales. This role requires strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a warm, professional approach. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and capable of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties:

• Communicate the value of our services to potential patients.

• Identify patients' needs and connect them with appropriate solutions.

• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.

• Follow up with patients through email, text, and phone calls.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures for patient communication.

• Create digital and print content to generate leads, maintain contact with patients, and encourage compliance with follow-up care and treatment plans.

Reception Duties:

• Greet all patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Check in and check out patients following standard operating procedures.

• Schedule follow-up appointments and process referrals accurately.

• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks in the clinic.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required.

• Experience in sales, with the ability to communicate value effectively.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• A positive and professional demeanor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
