Job Location: Elgin, Texas
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM; Monday – Thursday  


Job Summary:
2nd shift is a small team made up of less than 10 employees. 2nd Shift Production – Manual Grinders operate and monitor machines during production to ensure optimum productivity and adherence to the production schedule. They ensure that machines are producing quality products by performing an in-process inspection of machine output. As well as execute regular and preventative maintenance procedures, including daily cleaning of machines and work areas.

  • Minimum High School Diploma or proof of GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic math and use of a calculator
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time

  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment
  • Manufacturing background/knowledge
  • Basic ability to speak and understand Spanish
