Join Elgin Parks & Recreation in Elgin Memorial Park by the playground for kite flying, cloud watching, iSpy, and more! This FREE Spring Break event is geared towards all ages interested in spending an afternoon in the park. Between free play and lawn games as well as guided activities, you'll experience a number of fun ways to enjoy Elgin's beautiful parks!
