Yoga & Mindfulness for Little Ones with Nina

Description

This wonderful 45-minute toddler yoga class emphasizing movement and yoga poses based on age-appropriate stories and themes. We will be teaching breath work and a little stillness at the end of the session with the goal of teaching our littles calming techniques and body awareness.
