Pearls of Youth Art Show

Description

Celebrating the artists of our community, ages 5-18, Elgin Arts Association works with area art teachers and home schoolers to showcase artwork in a full show. Some pieces will be available for purchase directly from the young artists. At the event, Elgin Arts Association scholarship winners will also be announced.
