Library - Elgin Sings!

There's a new program at the library on the first Saturday of every month - Elgin Sings! Local musician, Sara Ryan, and our Peer Support Specialist, James Bailey, will lead this group of singers. What better way to support your own mental health than to sing and connect with others!
