Come help us kick off 'Elgin READS: Read Across America' week at the library! We'll begin at 11:30 a.m. with a Dr. Seuss story (in honor of his birthday) and then we'll celebrate with cupcakes, bouncy houses, vendors, crafts and more. This event is free and open to all!
