Join us for this family friendly event in downtown Elgin. Learn more about Day of the Dead, make sugar skulls, enjoy mariachis, Ballet Folklorico, and other performers! Family altars will be on display at The Clever Tiger. We will have costumed walking parades, food vendors, games and more throughout the evening! Please join us! Want to volunteer or be a vendor?
