Children's Bike Rodeo with Cub Scout Troop 471 and Elgin Parks & Recreation Sunday, March 26th | 2PM – 4PM | Elgin Recreation Center Back Parking Lot Participants aged 11 years and younger are invited to join Elgin Parks & Recreation, and Cub Scout Troop 471 for a bike inspection, obstacle course, races, helmet fittings and raffles! Make sure to bring your parent or guardian, your bike and your helmet.
