Join the Elgin Chamber of Commerce down in Veteran's Memorial Park and be a Candy Christmas vendor or highlight your favorite hot cocoa. of your choice. Our community members will purchase a 2023 cocoa mug to get a taste of all participants and vote for their favorite cocoas.
