In honor of Black History Month, Grace & Real Estate is partnering with individuals and businesses in our community to host the first annual Black Health Week in Elgin, Texas. Our purpose is simple, to bridge the health care disparities of the African American community by offering a network of resources to inform and educate our community.  Black Health Week is a 3-day event that will take place the last week of February (21st-23rd). This event will be hosted at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and will be live streamed to help reach the greatest number of participants. The event will focus on the mental, physical and financial aspects of health and wellness and will provide a multitude of resources available right here within our own community.
