Friday, January 6th at 2PM, the Adult Afternoon Craft will include making Vision Boards. Participants are guided through the process of envisioning what they want for themselves (career, personal life, health, etc.) and creating an artistic representation using cutouts from magazines, markers, colored pencils, and more. This vision board is then theirs to take home and keep somewhere meaningful as inspiration to continue progress towards their goals. It provides hope excitement about the possibilities ahead. This program will be presented by Body+Shine Wellness and is funded by the Libraries for Health Grant from St. David's Foundation.
