Bastrop State Park - Join Ranger Madalyn for a guided 1 mile hike through the Lost Pines as we discuss the 2011 Bastrop County Complex Fire and how nature rebounds after fire events. On this 1 mile guided hike participants will learn why the 2011 fire was so devastating and how nature is resilient! Bring bottled water as the trail has minimal shade and can get hot. Meet at the Playground Parking Lost in Bastrop State Park. Program is free after Day Pass Entry fee is paid.
