Strut & Glow Dance Class Wednesdays 7:15PM - 8:15PM Y'all ready to dance like you mean it? Each month Zaftigg teaches a fun and provocative routine that will be taught start-to-finish each class. Classes include warm ups, run through of choreography, and end with students being split into groups to perform for each other before a cool down. Sometimes smooth and slinky, sometimes fast and raucous, this inclusive class is for anyone interested in building and celebrating confidence! All bodies, genders, and experience levels are welcome. This class is recommended for students 16 years and up. To prevent injuries and ensure proper warm-up, no one more than 5 minutes late will be admitted to class. Equipment: bring your H20 and dress in clothes you can easily move in. Yoga mats can be provided. Knee pads are recommended as some routines may take it to the floor.
