Children's Arts and Crafts: Valentine Theme! (A Virtual and In-Person Program)

Description
Tune in at 2:30PM to Facebook LIVE @elginpubliclibrary to view this special Valentine themed arts and craft project for kids online. The kids are also invited to come to the library to join others from 4PM to 4:30PM to create the arts and craft project. Supplies will be available inside the library beginning on Tuesday of that week. This program is free and open to the public.
